The particular characteristic of the Trégor brewery is that it cultivates its own yeast mothers and uses ten different malts and nine varieties of hop. All the beers are unfiltered and undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle.

An amber beer characterised by its pronounced bitterness from pale and caramel malts and with the aroma of star anise and cloves. Saint Patern was born in Armorique and founded the bishopric of Vannes. He also had a gift for languages.
