The particular characteristic of the Trégor brewery is that it cultivates its own yeast mothers and uses ten different malts and nine varieties of hop. All the beers are unfiltered and undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Sant Gwenole is a pale beer, smooth with the aromatic perfume of hops, pale malt, caramel and seaweed. Sant Gwenole was the confessor and councillor of King Gradlon. It was he who ordered the king to abandon his daughter Dahud who was then swallowed up by the floods when the town of Ys was inundated.
