The particular characteristic of the Trégor brewery is that it cultivates its own yeast mothers and uses ten different malts and nine varieties of hop. All the beers are unfiltered and undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Sant Erwann is a pale beer made with seven different cereals: barley, wheat, organic buckwheat, organic oats, organic rye, organic spelt wheat and organic millet. Sant Erwann is the patron saint of Trégor and more recently has become the patron saint of lawyers in Brittany.
