Gonny and Henri Everts-Keizer, two Dutch people that fell in love with Brittany, started their own artisan brewery in 1996 in the village of Sainte Colombe not far from Rennes. Their beers are made from pure malt, are unfiltered and unpasteurised. This smooth and robust dark beer is tastefully enriched with honey and spices.
