1.The temporary status of the data gathered by the trader’s web site: To process your order we need to be aware of and to store certain items of information sent to us by your computer: we need to know who you are and which products you are buying from us. Once you’ve finished your shopping, the information is automatically deleted, our cookies being of the type called ‘volatile cookies’. So there’s nothing to worry about.

2.Protection of personal data: as with any commercial site the trader gathers a certain amount of information necessary to process orders. The trader treats all this information as completely confidential. The fact that personal data is automatically processed on the trader’s web site has been registered with the National Data Protection Commission under no. 1204618.

3.Transaction Security: Credit card payment is handled by Caisse d’Epargne, renowned for its reliability in the field of internet transactions. The transaction between you and Caisse d’Epargne is encrypted (SSL). The encrypted bank data that you enter on your own computer, never appear in clear on the internet. No card number is stored by the trader, nor the verification time, nor the code entered into the remote terminal.

4.Security certificate: In order to guarantee the security of our site and the confidentiality of information appearing on it, we have put in place a security certificate which allows you to check that the connection to the site you are on is completely reliable. This certificate appears in a small window on the site. By clicking the logo, you have access to a set of information which allows you to identify us.

5.Conformity with French and European regulations: In conformity with the IT and freedom of information legislation of 6 January, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification, modification and deletion in respect of data relating to you.
