Unique to Brittany the Petit Prince Guillevic is a judicious blend of Guillevic (a variety found around Vannes) apple juice and Fine de Bretagne Blanche (white). Its straw colour reflects the brilliance and luminosity of its juice. Its slightly tart taste quickly reveals apple aromas. Served as an aperitif it shows all its originality but it also harmonises well with desserts.
Do not forget Gérard Le Pocreau’s amber Fine de Bretagne, nor his Guillevic de Nicol cider!
