This perry from the Seiche Valley is a fizzy drink made from 100% natural non-pasteurized pear juice made specifically from the fruit of pear trees planted several years ago by Mr. Maman. Often incorrectly called "pear cider", perry is traditionally enjoyed with a meal or dessert or can be used to make a Kir cocktail in the place of the more usual white wine or champagne. This perry has a pronounced fruity flavour and won a gold medal at the International Agricultural Show in 1993.
