Top of the range, this muscadet is the result of a collective approach to wine making, having as its objective the recognition of a community-wide appellation. The fruit of painstaking work, both in the field and in the cellar, this wine has had its quality confirmed by a panel of experts which recognised it as the expression of carefully selected conditions. Its sparse yield per hectare (about 45 hectolitres), its malolactic fermentation, its 17 months (minimum) maturation in the la Fruitière cellars allows this muscadet to develop the substance and character that make it a great keeping wine.
It develops aromas reminiscent of brioche and has a good mineral quality in the mouth.
Enjoy it with sauced fish dishes, white meats and cheese. Serve at between 10 and 12°.
