Distilled by artisans according to Celtic tradition, Kaerilis Whisky originated in the Scottish Highlands, spending long years maturing gently in cellars. Its development, maturing, refinement and bottling are all done in Belle-Isle-en-Mer in Brittany where exceptional climate conditions enable the making of excellent whiskies, with a note of iodised sea salt, supple in character, balanced and full-bodied to the palate.

"Bell'Isle Single Malt" whiskies offered by Kaerilis are single cask and are subjected neither to cold filtering nor to artificial colouring. Each bottle is numbered, giving just that little extra touch to the unique, precious and rare character of this whisky. This is our special single malt whisky "Premier Eté à Belle-Isle", a refined, complex whisky full of nuances. A maraschino cherry bouquet expanding into fruity (orchard) and floral (wild coastal dunes) notes with spicy undertones (peppermint, ginger). Not exceptionally persistent, quite dry, it is ideal for summertime aperitifs and for connoisseurs.
