This is a delicious and refined pâté made with Lambig apple brandy according to a traditional recipe, will delight the palate as a starter, at picnics or on toast as a canapé. The pork used for this preparation comes from animals whose staple diet of cereals is farm-grown. The apple brandy, on the other hand, comes from the Menhirs Distillery at Plomelin at the gateway to the Pays Bigouden district in southern Brittany.
