1. How much will the carriage charge be?

Despatches are made by post using the “Collisimo International” service (parcels are tracked and require a signature on delivery). Obviously the price depends on the weight of the goods as you can see from the example of six bottles of cider (more than 10kg. in total!) or a bottle of whisky at 1kg. But don’t forget that we are talking about delivery to your door or the door of the person that you are sending a gift to.

2. Who delivers the goods and how long does it take?

We have elected to use the postal service as it offers the best value for money. We say it’s a quality service because it’s quick, because the post office has an extensive distribution network, because it delivers to your door and because it is an organisation you can trust. As for the delivery time, if we have the product in stock in sufficient quantity, we undertake to hand over your parcel to the post office within 48 hours.

3. Can I pay by card and is it secure?

We don’t keep any details of your card number and the payment is made on the secure site of the Caisse d’Epargne bank which you are re-directed to when you go to make payment. For more information you can go to Spplus, Caisse d’Epargne’s on-line payment site.

4. Will my personal details remain confidential?

We undertake not to divulge your personal details to third parties. For more information please go to the "Privacy Notice" page where you will find information about the security of your details.

5. Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa or Mastercard) via the secure Spplus portal of Caisse d’Epargne and we accept bank transfers. In the latter case your order will not be shipped until the transfer is confirmed.

6. I’m looking for a particular alcoholic product. Can you help me?
