Terms and Conditions

1. Shopping with Kellidenn

Once a user has filled out the Site order form and confirmed the order (the order is confirmed by clicking on confirmation of order) then this will result in the full and binding acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions which will be the only terms applicable to the contract thereby entered into.
The Customer agrees not to resell the Products. The Customer agrees that all his orders are for his personal consumption or for the personal consumption of any other person to whom the Products are being sent at the Customer's request. In the latter case, the Customer, on behalf of such third party, accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
Kellidenn reserves the right not to accept payment, and therefore not to confirm, for whatever reason, any order, including but not limited to reasons resulting from product supply, a problem with the order received, or a problem in completing the delivery.

2. Prices

Our prices are shown on our website including VAT. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid. The Customer can cancel an order, in this case, the cancellation of the order must be faxed to Kellidenn no later than six hours after the order has been confirmed with the email kellidenn has sent, giving the customer its loggin and password details. The prices on our website will remain valid until such time as we decide to alter them. You will be notified of shipping and tax costs automatically before you submit your credit card details

3. Payment

You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard. We will also accept bank transfers payments. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted by Caisse d\Epargne bank, to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. The prices displayed on our website are in Euros but you may use our "currency converter" to estimate the price of goods in other currencies. The "currency converter" is based on the current exchange rate against the ounce of gold.

4. Delivery

We can deliver goods to most EU country (Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Greece...) The delivery time given to the Customer by Kellidenn may vary depending on the country involved. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

5. Tax and Import Duty

The purchaser is responsible for paying any import duties levied by their own country.

6. Returns and refunds

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If you wish to return your order and/or request a refund you must inform us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your order in its original condition to Kellidenn. within 30 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product within 30 days of our receiving it. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. If this happens, please telephone us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us. Goods may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to France and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to Kellidenn the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.

7. Our responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. We will use the information that you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy policy

9. General

All use of this website shall be subject to the terms and conditions stated. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. The laws of France govern these terms and conditions, and only the courts of France will decide any disputes. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these terms and conditions.
