Le Guillevic is an apple variety particular to the area around the town of Vannes. Royal Guillevic is the only cider from Brittany to boast the Label Rouge quality seal. Unlike other ciders which are the result of blends of apples, each variety bringing to the finished product its own quality of bitterness, sweetness or acidity, Royal Guillevic is made from a single variety. It is characterised by its pale yellow colour, its delicate perfume and fresh fruit aromas, its tiny bubbles and its smoothness. It is highly rated for its gentle acidity. It may be drunk as an aperitif or with a dessert and will not fail to surprise you with its originality.
