This drink which is similar to chouchenn differs from it in that it is not made from water and honey but from untreated apple juices (Kermerrien, Dous Moën, Dous Coët Ligné varieties...). Patrick Olichon presses his apples on organic straw. The resulting juice is blended with first quality honey from his own hives and is then fermented naturally in barrels and finally bottled at the farm. It is a slightly sparkling product, 100% natural and ... festive!
