“An Aerouant Ruz” (the Red Dragon, emblem of Trégor) is the culmination of a blend of old chouchenns, matured in oak barrels. Semi-sweet and with numerous aromas, it has a good length in the mouth. It may be enjoyed as an aperitif but is equally suitable as an accompaniment to a meal from first course to last.
