Gwinizh Du is a Buckwheat beer invented as the perfect accompaniment to typical Brittany buckwheat pancakes. Its gently toasted aromas, free of acidity, permit the enjoyment of pancakes with a drink that is not as sweet as cider. Gwinizh Du is a highly fermented beer brewed according to a traditional method. It can also be found in a "Krampouezh" kit with a 500 g bag of organic buckwheat flower and a traditional cider of the Vannes region called Guillevic.
