This aperitif is made from the seeds of the muscat grape macerated in cider apple juice and lambig (cider eau-de-vie) and was developed from a recipe passed on to him by Pierre Seznec’s grandmother. It takes its name from the Breton “Aour al Lann”, the Gold of the Heath. It elegantly complements the flavours of the Armorique with the fruity aromas of the muscat grapes brought back by mariners in times gone by.
Serve chilled as an aperitif.
